DISCUSSION
A WEAK DISTURBANCE WILL MOVE ACROSS WESTERN OREGON AND WASHINGTON TONIGHT. SOME OF THE ENERGY WILL MAKE ITS WAY ACROSS THE EAST SLOPES OF THE CASCADES...CENTRAL AND NORTHEAST OREGON. WHILE LIGHTNING POTENTIAL IS VERY LOW...IT CAN NOT BE RULED OUT FOR THESES ZONES. PRECIPITATION CHANCES WILL INCREASE WEDNESDAY EVENING INTO THURSDAY AS THE NEXT FRONTAL SYSTEM WORKS INTO THE AREA. OVERALL CHANCES OF THIS SYSTEM PROVIDING WIDESPREAD WETTING RAIN ARE NOT HIGH. IT WILL LIKELY BE HIT AND MISS WITH SOME AREAS SEEING MODERATE RAIN...WHILE OTHERS ARE DRY OR SEE A COUPLE HUNDREDTHS.
