DISCUSSION
AN UPPER LEVEL TROUGH WILL BE OVER THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST THIS WEEK. THIS WILL RESULT IN COOLER TEMPERATURES AND HIGHER HUMIDITIES. A STRONGER SYSTEM WILL MOVE SLOWLY ACROSS THE REGION WEDNESDAY THROUGH SATURDAY WITH AN INCREASED CHANCE OF RAIN AND TEMPERATURES WELL BELOW NORMAL.
